Hope this is read by the NHS. I have had problem with my legs for 5 or 6 years now. Recently i had a fall at home with a small chair and hit my leg off it, it broke the skin and bruised badly. When i rang my doctors the receptionist at the Thornfield Medical Centre in Byker told me i would have to go to the Walk in Centre upstairs as there was no Nurses available till a later date. I am so so grateful to the Doctor and Nurses and the Molineux walk in centre. I had getting a infection in my legs was giving Anti Biotics and Nurses dressed and cleaned my leg for me. I have been attending for the last 4 weeks now and still am. Thank you so much for all the care you have giving me, i was told off a doctor at the hospital i could or might get Sepsis if i do not get the care now. I just would like to say Thank you again to all the staff and Doctors and Nurses who work there. They might of saved my life and i know that sounds dramatic but if you saw my legs you would all agree. Ms W Cook.
