"Stepdad's recent surgery"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Urology (Ward 11c)

(as a relative),

My Stepfather underwent recent surgery to remove a kidney tumour. His care from his initial pre op through to his surgery and subsequent stay in ward 11C was superb from start to finish. I would especially like to thank all the staff in ward 11C who managed to keep his spirits up when he was desperate to be discharged home. Thank you especially to Brian ( hopefully that's his name or he was too polite to correct my stepdad) for his morning songs and Yaema ( again forgive the spelling) who managed to make a very stressful time a little easier for him and my mum. Thank you all, it was very much appreciated.

Dear Grateful stepdaughter

Thank you for the lovely feedback in regards to your stepfathers care while attending his recent surgery appointment at the QEUH.

I'm glad your stepfather had such a great experience while in our care from his initial op through to his surgery and stay in Ward 11C. I'm sure all the staff in Ward 11C especially Brian and Yaema will greatly appreciated your comments.

I will make sure all the staff stated are made aware of your feedback and I wish your stepfather a speedy recovery after his op.

Kind Regards

Kevin
