"Not a welcome"

Brought my mother to have her legs dressed, she's in her 80's. The appointment was cancelled, apparently the computer system cancels them when you're just a bit late. Got torn off a strip by one of the receptionists who exclaimed 'How dare you be late! I mentioned that the clock on the booking-in system was running 8 minutes fast but she ignored that because the computer was always right. I told the nurse instead and she talked to them. The touch screen wasn't syncing with the computer and was running in its own somewhat faster world, of course no apology.
