(as the patient),

I had my liver biopsy today and spent the day on the day ward - I was looked after so perfectly by Bobby, Kasha and Sarah (apologies if I have spelt the names incorrectly) they were fabulous and despite being busy they looked after me so well, they were friendly and professional and a joy to be with - they rock! I hope this can be sent to their Manager as they do their job so well. Was really nervous for today but they took all my nerves away and Kasha even took my mind off what was happening so that I didn’t notice most of it   Thank you so much for treating me so well and looking after me Best wishes   x
