"Unhelpful reception Staff"

Doctors are very good and helpful but

Reception staff unhelpful even manager same as well. Very rude.

Reception staff member took off my online pharmacist registration for my kids without my permission. When I ask why do that she was rude no explanation she didn’t sort out my problem. Then I ask to talk manager. She came after long waiting but she don’t want to listen me also same unhelpful rude.

I said manager please give me paper prescription because she took off my online pharmacist I need medicine for my kids. Manager said come tomorrow then she sort out. Very disappointed.
