I visited the department last week for lung function studies the receptionist was lovely when i arrived. The member of staff who undertook my tests was professional, kind and patient he is a credit to the department. keep up the good work. Although a bit anxious he put me at ease and was so patient when it took some time to get the correct method to undertake some of the tests. Very prompt and efficient service thank you
