"Care at my GP surgery Clements Surgery"

Asked to visit by my surgery for check up with Nurse Practitioner.   I was told that the computer system had highlighted stroke risk.   Nurse Harman very welcoming and caring. Explained why I had been called in and carried out appropriate tests and checks.   Felt that I needed to be seen by a Doctor the same day and got permission to use one of the available Clinical Support G. P. slots.   Returned later that day and was seen by G. P.  Hodges.   gave me a thorough examination and arranged for a series of checks and also a referral to a Cardiologist. to update the care of my long term chronic condition.   Exemplary care and consideration throughout. I felt calm and reassured in spite of my condition being worse than anticipated.
