I had a recurrence of a UTI on Saturday morning, called 111 at 6.30, was given an appointment at urgent care at 7.15. The practitioner was efficient, caring and helpful, and I was back home via the local pharmacy by 8am. You couldn't ask for better service than that. NHS at it's best. Thank you.
