"Bad service"

About: New Cross Hospital / Maternity care

Every single time without fail when I come to this hospital I’ll be waiting over 2 hours the staff are standing chatting like it’s a big brother show I’ll be trying to tell them that I have an appointment they will make me wait till they finish there conversation then attend to me it’s ridiculous and that’s why we take longer to be seen because they are not doing there job on time because they came to work to socialise I read of working I wish I could put a video up to show people what they are doing it’s really bad
