About: Burnley General Hospital / Maternity care

The staff at post natal are ridiculously rude and have no customer stills whatsoever.

I suggest management send these nurses on customer service training.they are not paid to be rude and ill mannered to patients.

I will not recommend this hospital to anyone.

We are committed to improving future services and this would help us to make appropriate changes.
