Excellent care received at Heartlands Hospital. I was admitted for pioneering robotic surgery on my tongue and the treatment from start to finish was exceptional. I was kept fully informed from the start of the process to my discharge. The ENT team are to be commended as are the staff on Ward 5 who couldn’t do enough for me and my family. 5 ⭐️
