On Friday last I had an appointment at the Eye Clinic at Ipswich. One car parking machine would not accept any coins, Pay point in other car ark only took some, queues of patients etc., waiting to pay made me late for appoinment. Notified reception in Garrett Anderson was told by rude reeptionist 'not our responsibility, go to main building' I declined as already late but requested that perhaps they could at least pass on a message.
Arriving for appointment, no receptionist as usual but a notice to tell patients to book in on supplied phone. Tried three times with no success, the other patient waiting said she had to wait for a staff member to appear to book her in as her eyes were so bad she couldn't read the instructions. It is a clinic for the VISUALLY impaired for goodness sake!
Visited Colchester today, drove around car park for half an hour waiting for space, tip don't let more cars in if car park full it is not rocket science.
On leaving two machines at apy station would not accept any coins, pathetic.
Treatment however whenever I have had to have any at Ipswich has been excellent..
