My daughter spent two weeks in Ward 3A recently at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Glasgow. This was a really stressful time for us all but the staff were fantastic and really supportive. After a year of uncertainty over her diagnosis we were referred from our local hospital and the Endocrine team responded really quickly to get an accurate diagnosis and treatment in place.
In particular the nursing staff worked hard to settle my daughter who was really distressed at being in hospital. Thanks to Mhairi, Nicole, Tricia and all the student nurses in particular for your support.
My daughter says; "Thank you for helping me".
"Fantastic and supportive"
