"Dismissed by the Locum"

About: Dr Leighton L Practice

On the morning of Wednesday 11th September I was booked in to see the locum. On arrival I explained id had a ECG on Tuesday at my work place after suffering chest pains which travel under my left breast. I explained I felt tired after but not excessive. Also explained the type of pain and how long it lasted. Her reply was take some painkillers if it happens again!

The doctor has sent me for a blood test and in the Clinical details part she has written 'tiredness'. That's not what I went to the doctors for . I would of liked the doctor to investigate what may of caused these Sharpe pains.

I will be contacting the Practice Manager on this matter.

We are sorry to hear of your experience at Aveley Medical Centre. Unfortunately as you have chosen to remain anonymous we are unable to investigate further. If you wish for this to be investigated please contact the surgery and speak to the Practice Manager who would be happy to discuss this further.
