"Bad treatment at the Urgent Care Centre"

About: Beckenham Beacon Ucc

I attended the urgent care centre on 10th September and waited to be attended to at reception.

I let someone go ahead of me and as I did the rude receptionist said stand behind the sign in a curt manner. I stood behind the sign then waited to be called over., as I waited a woman Walked straight to the receptionist and asked her questiones - at which time I was expecting the receptionist to say wait behind the line..but no she spoke to her for about ten minutes. So unprofessional.

The area in the reception was filthy , cups, litter and rubbish on the floor. .

The receptionist called me over and made no apologies for her treatment of me . Then i was called in to see a nurse which was about 2 minutes . I explained I had gone to the Beacon once before withe similar symptoms which turned out to be early septicaemia.

I was told by the nurse they were not seeing more patients so I would need to go to the Princess Royal. . All I will say is what a shambles - you cannot blame NHS cut for rudeness.

I will not go back .
