I referred myself for therapy over the phone and got seen by a therapist almost 3 weeks later.
I am finding the process very insightful. its helping me to feel more in control of my negative and blaming thoughts as well as my anxiety and is increasing my confidence and self belief.
I feel far more positive and hopeful and dare I say excited about the future.
My therapist is understanding, warm, dependable and definitely competent. I feel like she just 'gets it'
