I have now been waiting 33.57 minutes and still the phone has not been answered.
It's absolutely disgusting.
I only need a repeat prescription but god help you if you are ill.
I haven't actually been able to get any appointment for over six months now.
Why I have to explain any illness to a receptionist is dreadful and degrading.
We are now at 36.49 minutes and still no reply.
"God help you if you are ill"
