"Access for appointments"

The staff are generally ok

I have had difficulty with them listening to the reasons why physically attending appointments is hard

Last week eh receptionist kept interrupting me when I was friend to explain my circumstances as to why face to face appointments were difficult for me

I find the access for us patients who struggle to attend face to face appointments is poor, I have career responsibilities and also physically limited and they do not offer the option of telephone appointments or econsultations

Please would the practice consider providing a range of appointments as I have had to wait several times for help as they refused to let me have a phone appointment
