This surgery used to be one of the best in the local area but now fails to deliver, on many occasions, on several levels. The reception staff and administrative team are obstructive and an unhelpful service from the majority of them. The appointment system often leads to waiting several days to get a consultation with a qualified member of the team. You are often given opposite instructions and or information from the administration team regarding your care. The surgery has the monopoly on this local area of Normanby due to its location and not because of the service it delivers. This surgery receives very little praise from the local population who are registered with it. The building itself is terrible regarding disabled access and facilities, with the only toilet opening out into the main waiting room. The location of the reception area means that everyone in the queue and waiting room can hear everything being discussed about your visit to the surgery. The service could be greatly improved starting with the staff remembering their own Mission Statement and delivering it in the course of their day.
