"Pru leath should visit the LRI"

The main purpose of my review was to comment on the standard of the food I have been served. The choice was very extensive but I decided to go for salmon with hollandaise sauce and vegetables. It was hot presented well and absolutely delicious. The pudding that followed was lovely as well. I thought I had just been extremely fortunate but for my evening meal I had a delicious soup, well seasoned and hot. I then had a simple flaked tuna salad that was served with very fresh ingredients nicely chilled . Pudding again was delicious. LRI catering well done I have eaten extreme well. I’ve been very pleasantly shocked
