"Patient-orientated and very on the ball"

As a new patient (and previously having been a dr's rectionist myself) I asked neighbours who had nothing but praise for this surgery.

At my first appointment I was treated with discretion and respect, the doctor was kind and supportive, the receptionists amazingly efficient considering how many jobs they were doing. Considering this is such a small surgery, their organisation and up-to-date information was impressive. Within days me and my partner (who has ongoing medical needs) were in the system and our issues being dealt with appropriately.
