Dear Patient

We are sorry to hear you are struggling with pain. Our doctors make clinical decisions based on guidelines, protocols and care pathways whilst ensuring patient safety. I am not aware of any situation at the practice where one doctor "overrules" another. They each make an autonomous decision based on presenting symptoms at any given time. Please contact the practice to discuss your concerns as I am unable to provide any constructive feedback or assistance based on the comments you have provided.
