"A&E 3.9.19 Night time 10.15- 01.15"

I was referred to AE at the Western from Charing Cross AE on 3rd Sept where I had waited 3 hours rather than perhaps being referred straight from triage assessment.

At the Western I eventually saw the Doctor after another 3 hour wait. The service I received at the Western was excellent. I was not only sorry that I had this dreadful wait but I felt equally sorry that there was only one doctor on duty who must have been exhausted having had no breaks. The NHS really should do something about this and make sure there is adequate staff coverage.
