Unfortunately the telephone system availability tends to be nil before 2 PM as before that are peak hours. On trying to walk into the surgery for booking a Doctor appointment I am just told that I need to come next day at 8 o'clock AM to be able to book anything, even if there is nobody queuing and the reception is not busy. I was flexible to get an appointment for the next week but did not have the opportunity to plan with the receptionist on this. I was a bit surprised because normally the service is very good. Wondering if new starters are now poorly trained or this is just a one off. I was not asked what was wrong with my health, nobody tried to assess the emergency of my situation. I was just told to come back next day at 8 AM. The officer showed poor performance and no customer orientation. Very unhelpful and patronizing, this person even tried to trigger my emotions to be able to accuse me of anything. I felt that that was a trap and did avoid any confrontation. I quietly Left and wrote this review. Lucky enough after 2 PM the telephone system gave me the opportunity to see a Doctor in another location.
