About: Rotherham Psychological Therapies

I went for an assessment on the 20th of August with someone who took 7 days to refer me to another service and I found out today they only got the referral on the 2nd of September. I had to ring them to find this out. Pathetic communication on their part. Now my case is “undecided” and I have to ring them back for an update! They said they would be in touch with me! So why am I doing all the phoning. Absolutely ridiculous service. Just as bad as CAHMS
