"This is the worst GP ever"

This is THE WORST GP i have ever signed up to. Honestly wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Staff are terribly unbothered about the patients and get rude. The doctors act like they couldnt care less about the patient sitting in fromt of them. Amd you can NEVERRRR get through to the GP by telephone. I’ve personally witnessed them pick up the phone when it’s ringing and pu it down straight away so they wouldn’t speak to whoever on the phone. Worst GP ever.
