This surgery continually make mistakes for both myself and my family.

Some of the reception staff are incredibly rude and cold.

I have had drops for hay fever instead of for conjunctivitis, my parents went to ask a doctor how he could help them as my father has bone cancer and the doctor said, "what would you like me to do?"

That's what they were there for to ask what the doctor could do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The doctor did nothing and they had to go to see another doctor.

A doctor didn't write the correct information on a sample I took in and I ended up in hospital with them not knowing what I had!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't join this surgery if there are any others you could join, I have moved to Queen Camel surgery after being at Bruton surgery for 15 years and my parents would like too as well but are just out of the area for Queen Camel.

This surgery has gone downhill fast and from what my parents say they are still making big mistakes!
