From call handler to paramedics to paediatric doctor in A&E , all involved we absolutely top class. I csnnot praise any of the individuals enough. The NHS is underfunded and over stretched but it's comforting to know that the individuals involved remain courteous, professional and still continue to provide service with a caring heart and smile
