We arrived on time albeit with 7 minutes to spare. We had left with plenty of time for travel, but traffic was bad that day. But we still got there before our allotted time. The nurse was rude and asked why we didn't fill out the questionnaire form in a way that was "I really want my shift to end kind of way" and made my wife fill out the form really quickly and blaming us we should of arrived alot earlier. Well nothing we can do about traffic... Other people hadn't filled out the questionnaire form either but we felt the harshness more. Then the needle injection was rushed and as a result really hurt my wife's arm and she was in pain. It felt we were singled out for some reason. On this occasion it was a really bad experience.
"On this occasion it was a really bad experience."
