"Utterly shambolic"

Avoid registering with this practice at all costs, they are utterly shambolic.

It is nigh on impossible to actually get an appointment here. Once we managed to get through via phone on a Wednesday evening (after trying every day for a week via telephone), a receptionist told us to call back the following day at 8am. We did, only to hear an answerphone message that the practice was closed for 2 days for training.

Have also tried the online appointment booking route, reserved a 7am appointment slot, and arrived at the practice to find it doesn't actually open till 8. Went in to complain, asking why they list appointment times that are impossible to actually attend, and was called a liar.

This is by far the worst GP surgery I have ever come across.

Thank you for your feedback. We offer a wide range of both GP and Nurse appointments and various ways to access these appointments; details which can be found on our website www.shirleyhealthpartnership.nhs.uk . We do not recognise your statement about being closed for 2 days for training, this is inaccurate. You are correct that our main entrance does not open until 8.00 am, however for early morning and late evening/weekend appointments all patients are directed to ring the bell for access and there is also signage on the main entrance to remind and advise this.
