"Used to be good..all trust now lost"

I am one of the rare people that found the Crisis team to be helpful. But after seeing the way professionals from this place write notes I am never going back.You can't call a patient a liar, because they said their father was traveling, and dead on another occasion. Ever heard of step fathers? same sex parents? sperm donors?. Its not the mistake, its the fact that the Dr refused to correct herself after. I will not receive care from a place were staff always assume they are right and the patient is wrong. Until this place sorts its self out, and holds doctors accountable I am not returning.
