We write simply to express our appreciation for, and congratulations on, the excellent service we received at Northwick Park Hospital ENT Clinic this morning Sunday 1 September 2019. My wife arrived at 8.20am for an appointment at 8.30am; was seen almost immediately for a hearing test; then saw a doctor almost straightaway; and finished by making a further appointment on a day of her choosing a year's hence. All in a total time of 30 minutes.The doctor carefully explained the results of the hearing test; and helpfully discussed the future prognosis, and the options for treatment. The nurses and receptionists were cheerful, courteous and helpful throughout. The NHS at its best. Thank you.

Thank very much for your post about your wife's appointment in the ENT clinic on 1 September.

It was very pleasing to hear that the appointment was punctual and that all of the staff you came in to contact with were helpful and courteous. This is exactly the kind of service we aim to provide here at the Trust and it is always great to hear when we get it right.

I will of course share your kind words with the management team for the ENT clinic, who will ensure that the staff on duty get to hear that their good work has been appreciated.
