"First class care"

About: Sunderland Eye Infirmary / Ophthalmology

Hello.

I had an eye operation on 29/08/2019 at the Sunderland Eye Infirmary.

It was in Day Case Outpatients at 2pm on the day and carried out by my Consultant's understudy.

I would like to thank the Doctor and her team for the excellent service, empathic support and amazing experience that has helped me continue life unimpeded.

I was continually informed of the progress of the procedure through the operation and tended to with compassion.

This service dissipated my anxiety and allowed me to experience the procedure in a calm state.

Thank you so much

Mr Ken Hope
