"Appointment cancelled cannot get to get a..."

About: Pinderfields General Hospital / ENT

I was due a appointment on the 14th August at 10.20am i received a call cancelling it at 9.45am.U have tried unsuccessfully to get another appointment but with no joy, I have been told 3times some one will get in touch, I am still waiting can anyone help
