Arrived 10 mins early for 9.30 a.m appointment, checked in at reception and within 1 minute the consultant called me into his room and checked out brown patch on forehead ,he discussed all possible actions and outcomes with me and we decided that a sample be took of said brown patch .So a little after 9.30 i find myself back in waiting room awaiting the biopsy within the hour i was called in everything was explained to me clearly by this team of 3/4 ladies who chatted to me throughout which i found relaxing, It is not often i walk out of any organisation be it , bar, restaurant or even hospital and think "i have had really good customer service there" so thanks to all concerned..Michael
