Third visit to this department and cannot fault reception and most of the staff.. One head female really needs to be a tad more friendly though as she never smiles or looks at anyone... Proceedure always done with dignity and care and the welcome cup of tea and sandwich after always given with a smile... My only grip is the wait from having blood pressure and canula done, then sent round corridor where you sit and wait, and wait and wait..
