In November 2018 I was sent to the Haywood for an x ray by my doctor as I had a very bad cough.
Someone in the x ray department saw something on my chest x ray and spoke up.
Thank you to that person as if they hadn't have spoken up
I would never would have been referred to the hospital.
Thanks to that person I was treated for stage 3b lymph node cancer.
It only takes 1 person to go above and beyond and that person has saved my life.
Words can never Express how grateful I am.
Hospital staff never seem to get recognition for their kindness and support so...THANK YOU.
