About: Crosshouse Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

I went into premature labour while visiting family in Ayrshire. As a result I presented at Crosshouse Hospital in Kilmarnock.

The midwife, Kim, who took care of me was exceptional! Kim kept me calm and focused during my labour, allowing me to feel in control of the situation at all times, even when epidural attempts failed.  She delivered my baby boy safely and for that I am forever grateful. 

I feel Kim deserves public recognition for the amazing job she does. Crosshouse Hospital have an outstanding midwife on their team.
