Was referred direct to Department by Gosport War Memorial, when my wife Jenny had broken her elbow in a nasty fall. From the very first moment, all staff we came in contact with were cheerful, helpful and very willing to resolve any queries we had.
Having been xrayed and a CT scan, was advised on problems and alternatives for resolving in an easyily-to-understand way.
Allowed home that night to await operation appointment, recived phone call next morning asking to come in the very next day - naturally we were extremely pleased with the swiftness of this appointment.
Again, on day of surgery, was treated extremely well and everyone was again approachable and willing to help.
When could not resolve a query, quickly arranged for someone who could to explain things.
Could not have been treated and better - thank you everyone for making this experience as easy and pleasant as possible.
Post-operation, consultant ensured we were fully aware of everything.
"Excellent throughout"
