"1 hour waiting for a doctor and after he..."

I went yesterday and today to this walk in center because it was Advised by a 111 operator. Yesterday I arrived at 1 and the receptionist told me that it was too late to see a doctor even if the opening hour are 9/18. Today I came again, the doctor was late and I have been waiting for one hour and half to be considered. When finally it was my turn, the doctor heard my problem and he started laughing, “I don’t have your records here, do you understand?” He kept on repeating to me this silly“do you understand?” At the end of every sentence such as I was stupid and when I asked him for a pregnancy test, he pretended to search for it and after he said: I advise you to go to your GP”.Horrible treatment, shallow answers. You will never see e again
