"Very organised"

Visited the A&E department with headaches where I was referred straight for a CT scan and kept overnight for observation. The staff on the medical assessment unit are all so lovely and attentive. I personally suffer with bad anxiety but they made sure I was nice and calm during my stay.

Unfortunately due to the lack of beds on the second day, I was transferred to rawcliffe ward whilst I awaited an MRI scan. Being a young lady this ward was quite unnerving as the average age on rawcliffe ward is around 85. Although I did not get much sleep I have to say the staff on this ward were incredible and deserve to be recognised.

I cannot thank the hospital enough for putting my mind at rest and being so patient with my anxiety throughout my time there. This hospital actually makes you feel like you matter.
