I have been to see various doctors during my time here and the service by the doctors was awful. I was seen by a male doctor about my hair loss and told to "man up, everyone at some point loosed their hair"

Did i really hear that!

I then saw a lady doctor who was meant to give me a testosterone evaluation on my levels and i had no call back to the long questionnaire i had to fill out.

I see different doctors every time i go.

Thank you for taking the time to write in with your comments.

As a large practice we do have alot of clinicians but we have regular locums so that we are able to provide patient continuity of care for patients who wish to see the same GP.

As a patient you have the choice to see the same or different GP's once you inform reception that you wish to see the same person as on your last visit or depending on how urgent your issue is you can see a different GP.

Please accept my apologies on behalf of the practice, if you felt that some of your consultations were not satisfactory.

All GP's would have welcome the opportunity to resolve any dissatisfaction that a patient feels after having the consultation with them.

I hope that on your next visit to the practice your consultation will match your expectations and you are left feeling happy.
