"Rude and unhelpful"

About: King's Mill Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a relative),

The discharge Coordinator involved with my father's hospital discharge manner via a telephone conversation was rude, bullying, unhelpful. They had no empathy and showed no people skills. They also announced it wasn't their job to be involved??

The actual care I witnessed being delivered by nursing staff to my father has been compassionate and caring.
