"Great experience!"

Visit to Birmingham Dental Hospital for my tooth extraction. All staff seemed very friendly. Exceptional service from the Dentist and dental nurse. I was so scared as I never had a tooth removed. I was very nervous as it was my molar but they were amazing at keeping me calm and they also kept me informed throughout the procedure, kept asking to makesure I was ok. The dentist herself knew exactly what she was doing, she explained everything so well and was so calm and reasuring. Before the procedure even started I was so calm. Better service than expected I was worrying for no reason. So thank you for the amazing service!! Wish all dentists were like yourself!
