(as a service user),

All I would like to say is a massive, massive thank you to all the guys on the gastroenterology and liver unit. I think every single 1 of you are absolutely amazing! And I mean that from the bottom of my heart.

You listened to my rubbish for 9 days and not took that smile off any of your faces L.O.L.

Its not been a great time in my life at the moment but you've made it as comfortable as possible. 

And for that, I will always be grateful!

So thanks once again guys.

I was so pleased to read that although this hasn't been a great time in your life, the staff on the Gastroenterology and Liver Unit have made you feel as comfortable as possible.
