I am very happy to inform you and everybody that Shazia is ever professional lady and she has very skilful public relations and knows how to look after old and disabled people. 

She is very kind, very understanding and very polite always and dealing desk very professionally that she impressed me always. Wanted to inform you and thanks to her

Thank you for this feedback. I have shown it to Shazia and she is really pleased and touched. Feedback like this helps the staff enormously, it makes them proud to doing the difficult job that they do and makes them feel they are doing a good worthwhile job. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know. Thanks again.
