"My mothers care"

My mother has a chronic condition and has been sent from piller to post with this practice, it has taken them over a year for them to get her contact details for a specialist crohns's and colitis nurse, they have since discovered she needs b12 injections as a registered nurse I know that you give 3 loading doses over a short spell before moving on the 6 or 12 weekly Infusions. My mother has contacted the practice on numerous occasions to be told the doctor will need to relook over her notes meaning that she is missing out on vital treatment that she needs to ensure a good quality of life will have been delayed a further 3 weeks. I would not recommend this practice to anyone not only have they given my mother poor care they also sent my father home with cotton wool and a tourniquet tight around his arm holding it in place as the nurse could not get his puncture wound to stop bleeding after having a routine blood test.
