"Rude receptionist"

I called up as I had received a letter saying I had missed my appointment. However, I have been waiting and watching the door everyday for a letter and I know full well I would not have missed it if I had received it. The receptionist insinuated I was a liar and told me that everyone else had received their letter and turned up to their appointment. Well jolly good for them... as would I if I had received a letter! Just no need to be so patronising, also how rude to assume that I just couldn’t be bothered to turn up! It’s alright, I’ll go back to my GP and wait another several months to be referred back to you! Fingers crossed that she will be replaced by someone who’s a bit less rude and should be working with the public!
