"Awful service"

i Called on Thursday 22nd August at 2pm said they are accepting people for family planning

I work full time so I couldn’t actually get there till 5pm to get told they are only accepting 4 people a day yes 4!!! Which is just outrageous after paying £2.80 for parking as well honestly this place just gets worse your not telling me you can only see 4 people a day and then tell me you have to book an appointment then get told I can’t book in advance
