"Not helpful at times"

About: St Ann's Road Surgery

I was in the Q waiting to self check in, when the staff at the reception desk asked me if I had an appointment and when I said Yes, I was asked for my DOB and Name, after which he requested me to have my Blood Pressure checked which I did, after collecting a token and him the readings from the self attending machine. As he found my reading abnormal, he told me to request the doctor with whom I had an appointment to recheck my BP and give him the readings on return. I informed the same to the doctor who was to inject me with the steroid for my trigged finger and also requested him to please do so. When he asked me to book another appointment to have my Blood pressure checked and that he has no time for it. I was very depressed with his unsatisfactory answer that he has no time for his patients. This is the only doctor I have come across who has no time for his Patients. Where as All other Doctors do attend well or even enquire saying " Is there anything else I can do for U pls?" This dr should not be in this profession if he has no time for his patients as he needs to be much Caring in this profession.
